Remote Mold Consulting
While it is difficult to supplant the value of an in-person mold inspection, with a little know how, some basic tools, and technology, I can guide you through the mold inspection process. My first recommendation will always be to find and hire a competent and ethical mold professional in your area. That being said, it is not always possible, you just want a second set of eyes, you have conflicting information, or are unsure of what your next steps should be. Below are some of the different ways we can help you with your mold related issues. Reach out to us via phone or email to schedule.
Basic Mold Support
This would be appropriate if you needed a second opinion, need help interpreting mold assessment reports, mold testing laboratory reports, or reviewing estimates/remediation plans. Up to 60 minutes of consultation.
Cost - $250
Remote Inspection
This service is similar to what a regular in-person inspection would entail. A video walkthrough of your specific area of concern or full home depending on your needs. Includes a written report of findings including recommendations of remedial actions. Additional services include providing mold sampling supplies along with instruction on proper collection.
Cost - $375 - $750, depending on size and scope of inspection. Sampling supplies at an additional cost.
